The Easer bunny banks on sustainability this year! He brings the first chocolate bunnies, eggs and chicken from Riegelein featuring the Fairtrade label. The raw materials are purchased solely from certified fair trade cooperatives. Fixed minimum prices ensure that the farms receive a secure source of income. An additional Fairtrade premium also supports local charitable projects aimed at improving health conditions, schooling and environmental protection or is used to implement quality checks or to provide training on fermentation techniques.
