Back in 2011, Riegelein was the first company in the seasonal chocolate product sector to adapt its entire range to comply with Fairtrade standards. Every purchase supports Fairtrade cocoa farmers. All other Riegelein products are certified in accordance with the Fairtrade Cocoa Program. The Fairtrade Cocoa Program enables small farmers to sell more cocoa under Fairtrade conditions. This cocoa comes from the ‘mass balance’ system.

Cadolzburg Site

From Monday, 6 July 2026, our reception at the Cadolzburg site will no longer be staffed, and the main entrance will remain permanently closed.

If you are planning to visit us, please arrange your appointment in advance with your contact person. They will personally meet you at the staff entrance at the agreed time.

Calls to our main switchboard will continue to be answered and automatically forwarded to our Dettingen site, where you will be connected to the appropriate contact person.

Emails sent to our general information address will continue to be processed and forwarded to the responsible contact person.
